On weekends, it is better to abstain from starvation, since you will have plenty of time to relax, and this only interferes. When fasting, you need to adhere to the usual daily routine with an ordinary load on the muscles.
Before fasting, you need to give up meat and fish (in about 3-4 days). As you know, these dishes give the body a big load.It is better at this time to lean more on salads from carrots, beets, cabbage, and also introduce porridge and potatoes into the diet. Your fasting is advisable to start with a light breakfast. Any porridge with salad is useful here. For the next day and night, refrain from eating, and end again with a light breakfast of fruit or natural juice. If an appetite breaks out, then you can eat porridge again with stewed vegetables.
